The JetDrive Go can work with my mobile device. Why can’t my computer recognize it?

If Password Protection is enabled, the JetDrive Go only can be unlocked using an Apple device. Therefore, the JetDrive Go can’t be recognized by any computer when Password Protection is activated. 

In order to use JetDrive Go on your computer, please disable Password Protection within the JetDrive Go App or use the JetDrive Toolbox.
